Wepublic Wallet

Wepublic Wallet is a blockchain-based digital identity wallet service that implements Self-Sovereign Identity principles through W3C DID standards. Launched in July 2023 by Wemade and CPLABS, the wallet serves as the foundation for a transparent social platform focused on Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs). The system utilizes several key technical components:

• DID-based identification for privacy-preserving identity verification
• Soul Bound Tokens (SBTs) for immutable membership credentials
• Mirror Protocol for transparent fund management and verification
• Governance tools for DAO decision-making and operations

The platform evolved from the earlier MYKEEPiN wallet service and represents a significant expansion into DAO functionality. In February 2024, Wepublic 2.0 was released with enhanced features including:

• Support for individual and group DAO creation
• Wepublic Point system for donations and rewards
• Expanded social features for community engagement
• Integration with Metadium's blockchain infrastructure

The project demonstrates notable adoption through its partnership with Wemade and integration into their broader Web3 ecosystem.
