Farmer Connect

Farmer Connect is a Swiss-based technology company launched in 2019 that provides end-to-end traceability solutions for agricultural supply chains, with a particular focus on coffee and cocoa. The platform leverages several key technologies including IBM Blockchain Transparent Supply for traceability, Self-Sovereign Identity for digital farmer identities, and Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure.

The platform's core components include FarmerID, a digital wallet solution based on Self-Sovereign Identity that allows farmers to manage their digital identity and transaction records, and ConnectHub, a portal for managing supply chain data and traceability.
