Zetrix is a layer-1 blockchain platform launched in 2022 that focuses on enabling cross-border digital identity and trade services, particularly between international markets and China. The platform implements W3C DID standards through its Blockchain-based Identifiers (BID) and Verifiable Credentials (VC) system, operating as the international supernode of China's Xinghuo Blockchain Infrastructure and Facility (Xinghuo BIF).

The platform's core technical infrastructure includes several key components:

• Zidentity (ZID) - A Self-Sovereign Identity platform that issues W3C-compliant DIDs and VCs
• ZCert - For managing and verifying digital credentials
• ZTrade - Facilitates cross-border trade documentation and customs clearance
• Zetrix Wallet - Multi-chain wallet supporting credential verification and management

Notable partnerships and adoption include:

• Integration with China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) for cross-border identity verification

• Collaboration with General Administration of Customs of China for trade documentation

• Partnership with Philippines Bureau of Customs for customs clearance services

• Agreement with MIMOS Berhad to develop Malaysia's National Public Blockchain

Services Berhad (MYEG), Malaysia's digital services provider, and has established itself as a key infrastructure connecting international markets to China's blockchain ecosystem through its implementation of W3C standards and focus on real-world applications in trade and identity verification.
