REM ID is a self-sovereign digital credential management platform launched in 2020 by World Data Inc. The platform implements the W3C Verifiable Credentials Data Model
standard and operates on the LACChain blockchain network, a public initiative led by the Inter-American Development Bank's Innovation Lab.

Notable adoption includes implementation by the University of West Indies for issuing digital academic credentials, with > 2,000 certificates issued and potential for 50,000 more.
