Nexera ID

NexeraID is a self-sovereign identity and compliance platform launched in December 2022 by AllianceBlock (now Nexera Foundation). The platform implements W3C DID and Verifiable Credentials standards to provide identity verification and compliance management services for Web3 applications.

The platform's core technical infrastructure consists of a programmable smart wallet built on the open-source AllianceBlock Nexera Protocol, which enables secure storage of digital assets and identity information. Key features include:

In early 2024, NexeraID rebranded to ComPilot while maintaining its focus on providing compliant identity and verification solutions for digital asset businesses. The platform has joined the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and is actively involved in developing interoperable web standards for sovereign identity. Notable integrations include partnerships with KRNL Labs for on-chain compliance verification and Cheqd for reusable KYC credentials that align with upcoming eIDAS 2.0 regulations.
