Kare Survivor Wallet is a blockchain-based disaster relief disbursement platform developed by AID:Tech that enables rapid distribution of financial assistance to disaster survivors. The platform combines digital identity with payment capabilities to facilitate direct cash transfers, goods fulfillment, and credit distribution through partnerships with Visa and Amazon Business.

The technical implementation leverages multiple blockchain networks including Hedera and Algorand for digital identity management and payment processing. Key features include:
