The system operates on both the Red T network (based on Quorum) and Red B network (using Hyperledger Besu), providing flexibility for different use cases while maintaining alignment with GDPR requirements and European digital identity regulations. The project emphasizes privacy by storing sensitive data off-chain and using blockchain only for verification and credential status tracking.
